Dr. Jeffrey Schratz
Dr. Schratz was born in Amherst, NY and attended Canisus High School.
He subsequently attended Williams College in Williamstown Massachusetts
where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology. Following this
he worked at an Immunology Lab at Harvard Medical School doing research
prior to attending the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine where
he earned a medical degree. He returned to western New York where he
completed an Internship and Residency at New York State University in
Buffalo. His specialty is General and Vascular Surgery. He has been on
staff at Eastern Niagara Hospital (formerly Lockport Memorial and Inter-Community memorial) since 1991.
He is also affiliated with Kenmore Mercy Hospital and Medina Memorial Hospital. Dr. Schratz is a former
Vice President of the Catholic Education Council at DeSales Catholic School and is a Partner and a
longstanding Board member of the Historic Palace Theatre in Lockport. Read more here
Dr. Robert Hodge
Dr. Hodge received his Medical Degree at the University of Louisville and completed
his surgical residency at New York State University in Buffalo. His specialty is
General and Vascular Surgery. He has been on staff at Eastern Niagara
Hospital (formerly Lockport Memorial and Inter-Community Memorial) since 1993.
He is also affiliated with Kenmore Mercy Hospital and Medina Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Hodge enjoys local theatre and occasionally ventures onto the stage himself.
His favorite pastime is whatever his wife and six children have in mind.

Todd Covel, RPA-C
Todd is also a long time resident of WNY. He received a Bachelor of Science degree
in Medical Technology with a double major in Recombinant Gene Technology from
State University of New York College at Fredonia and went to Daemen College he
earned a Bachelor of Science degree as a Physician Assistant. Todd has been with
Great Lakes Surgical Associates since 1998. He is on staff at Eastern Niagara
Hospital (formerly Lockport Memorial and Inter-Community Memorial) as well as
Kenmore Mercy Hospital and Medina Memorial Hospital. He lives in Lockport with
his wife and two children and enjoys watching them play Lacrosse and Hockey.
Meet Our Providers
Our Physicians are both Board Certified and Fellows through the
American College of Surgeons. Both Physicians have lived in the
Lockport area for approximately 20 years. They are very civic
minded and are deeply involved with several organizations in the
community including DeSales Catholic School and the Palace
Theatre in Lockport. Dr. Schratz and Dr. Hodge are committed to
serving the Lockport area and will continue to do so in the future.

Jamie Zglinicki, AG-NP, BC
Jamie is a long time resident of WNY. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in
nursing at Daemen College. She has over 15 years of nursing experience. Jamie has
been with Great Lakes Surgical Associates since 2012. She has completed her Master
of Science degree in Nursing as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. Jamie is
Board Certified and in addition to her speciality in primary care, she also has been
trained in cosmetic services. She lives in Lockport with her husband and two children.
She enjoys hiking, kayaking and camping with her family.
