Driving Directions

Coming from Lockport Area: Route 78 South to Millersport Highway (Route 263). Turn right onto I-990, and take it until it merges onto I-290 West. Take Exit 1A right onto NY-384 S (Sheridan Drive). Turn left onto Elmwood Ave. – 2914 Elmwood is on the right.

The Kenmore Family Medicine building is located behind the hospital. Turn into the hospital parking lot and drive past the hospital.
